The ING New York City Marathon is the world's largest marathon, attracting 39,000 participants and millions of spectators in all five boroughs.

Manage three participant zones at the race's start area in Staten Island. |

Coordinate the display and distribution of sponsor product to the 39,000 runners in the hours before the start. |

Manage over one hundred volunteers. |

Receive, inventory and prepare food, drink, medical and other sponsor product for both the start line and the course's medical stations in the week before the race. |

Set up and manage 26 medical stations along the marathon course. |

Inventory and guarantee accuracy of supplies, delivery locations and timing. |
