  Bridezillas Compete in Times Square
  NEW YORK, June 3, 2008 - To launch the fifth season of WE tv's popular Bridezillas, Eventage produced a publicity stunt for the network on Military Island in Times Square. Ten engaged women, clad in wedding gowns, helmets, and knee pads, raced to be the first to climb a ten foot tall wedding cake decorated with 50 pounds of real frosting. The winning bride-to-be, from Basking Ridge, NJ, won $25,000 for reaching the top of the cake first. Media coverage included the NY Daily News, Access Hollywood the Star-Ledger and Marie Claire.

  GAP T-Shirts on Both Coasts
  SAN FRANCISCO, May 26, 2008 - In celebration of GAP's support of the Whitney Museum's Biennial and the introduction of 13 limited edition t-shirts designed by famous artists, Eventage today installed a display of the t-shirts in San Francisco's Union Square. Each shirt is displayed in a self standing custom-designed Plexiglas kiosk. Another set of 13 identical kiosks will appear in New York's Bryant Park beginning on Thursday, May 29.

  Glass Speaks at ADA Conference
  WASHINGTON, DC, February 6, 2008 - Eventage Managing Partner Matt Glass today spoke to a group of 200 staff members from the American Diabetes Association at the non-profit's annual Walk Summit. Glass and Eventage have been retained to develop a creative overlay for the ADA's Step Out to Fight Diabetes series of walks, which take place at approximately 200 sites in the United States. Glass discussed the goal of engaging walkers to be more connected to the cause and the event and took the audience through the new and improved on-site experience, from music to staging to a brand identity on-site.

  Eventage Returns for 6th Avon Walk Season
  NEW YORK, January 28, 2008 - Eventage will once again join the Avon Foundation in its mission to provide access to care and critical funding in the fight against breast cancer. Eventage will produce the opening and closing ceremonies as well as logistics surrounding the ceremony sites at 9 Avon Walks nationwide. The newest Avon Walk city, Houston, will kick off the 2008 season on the weekend of April 12-13. Eventage has been a proud member of the Avon Walk family since helping to create the event in 2002.

  Three for Disney's BVHE in NYC
  NEW YORK, September 15, 2007 - Eventage today completed production on its third event this year for Disney's Buena Vista Home Entertainment. Today's event, the Boys & Girls Club Day for Kids, was held at the Kips Bay Boys and Girls Club in the Bronx and featured a Disney's The Jungle Book theme. The event featured games, song and dance performances, face painting, costume characters, a Disney artist doing caricatures and a chance to register for the Boys and Girls Club. Eventage also produced recent editor events in Manhattan for the upcoming DVD releases of The Jungle Book, High School Musical 2, Pirates of the Caribbean 3, Lost and Meet the Robinsons.

  Staples Back to School Fashion Show
  NEW YORK, August 8, 2007 - Staples showcased what's hot for back to school supplies in the first-ever Back to School Supply Fashion Show at the Helen Mills Theatre here today. Hosted by celebrity Lisa Rinna, the fashion show featured the newest styles and designs modeled by kids from the Boys and Girls Club. Beyond the runway, the event featured home vignettes filled with Staples product and a gourmet school lunch served cafeteria-style on bright red trays by "lunch ladies" who dressed the part but looked nothing like the real thing.   Step Up to Fight Diabetes Launches in Philly
  PHILADELPHIA, July 9, 2007 - Diabetes is the fastest-growing disease in America; the faster it grows, the more committed the American Diabetes Association (ADA) becomes to fighting the fifth-leading cause of death in America. On October 20, 2007, in Philadelphia, the ADA will present "Step Up to Fight Diabetes" -- a fund-raising challenge where participants will tackle not only a 10-mile walking route but will also climb every staircase they pass along the way. Staircases range from Independence Park to the Philadelphia Museum of Art (of Rocky fame), and Philadelphia's City Hall (152 steps alone).   Hard Rock Park Rocks the Lot
  MYRTLE BEACH, SC, April 18, 2007 - Hard Rock Park, the world's first rock 'n roll theme park, opened its state-of-the-art Backstage Tour preview center today. The opening of the new attraction was celebrated with a festival and concert staged in what will be the employee parking lot of the new, 50-acre, $400 million theme park.   Eventage and NY Road Runners Expand Relationship
  NEW YORK, April 8, 2007 - Eventage has been retained by the New York Road Runners Club to manage the food, drink and medical operation at the start area of the ING New York City Marathon for the third straight year. After a wide-reaching RFP process at NYRR, Eventage has also been selected to manage two critical course operations for the 2007 event. Eventage will manage the 24 medical stops along the route and the transportation of fluids for the marathon's top tier elite runners from around the world. The ING New York City Marathon takes place on Sunday, November 4 and is televised on NBC.

  Irish Spring Tour Launches Nationwide
  CHICAGO, March 2, 2007 - A nationwide tour for new Irish Spring Body Wash kicked off in The Loop today during a driving blizzard. The harsh weather didn't stop the Eventage team, clad in branded bathrobes, from distributing samples of the new product along with specialized Zagat guides to Irish pubs in major markets. There will be two tours operating simultaneously from now through St. Patrick's Day, visiting Atlanta, Washington, DC, Philadelphia, Boston, New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Dallas.   Walk and Ride Season Begins at Eventage

  Nike NYC Half Takes to the Streets
  NEW YORK, August 20, 2006 - Eventage broadens their relationship with the New York Roadrunners Club as they will manage the fluid and medical stations for the inaugural NYC Half-Marathon presented by Nike.   Pokémon Parties in Bryant Park
  NEW YORK, August 8, 2006 - The largest one-day event in Bryant Park's history took place today, celebrating the 10th Anniversary of the worldwide phenomenon of Pokémon. Over 25,000 people braved the August heat to view the largest assemblage of Pokémon characters ever outside of Japan. The Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade Pikachu balloon flew high over the park's Great Lawn as costumed characters roamed, fans lined up for one of 18 activity tents and a 7-hour live stage show took place on the park's Upper Terrace, culminating in the finals of the National Video Game Championships.   Snapple "High Tea" Tour Lifts Off in Bryant Park
  NEW YORK, June 29, 2006 - Bryant Park became a high flying zone today as Snapple introduced its new line of White Teas to the public and the media. Three 22' diameter helium Parabounce balloons were inflated on the park's Great Lawn and members of the media and the public were invited to "fly" up to 100' above midtown. The event is the kick-off to a 9 city national tour and featured sampling of the new teas as well as a tea sommelier tent which explained the history and health benefits of white teas.   Breathing Room Tour Kicks Off In San Diego
  SAN DIEGO, June 24, 2006 - The Breathing Room, an interactive environment which educates the public and the media on the effects of COPD, or Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, appears at the Westfield Parkway Mall today. Eventage designed the environment, which features online kiosks, plasma screen demonstrations, a lounge lecture area and an interactive breathing simulator developed by Pfizer and its partners.   Eventage Launches EMBARQ in Las Vegas
  LAS VEGAS, June 6, 2006 - A new 150 year old communications company was introduced to the Las Vegas business community here today. EMBARQ, the new Fortune 300 company which had been a part of Sprint, was launched with an invitation-only event held at the Orleans Arena. Eventage Event Production produced all elements of the event in conjunction with Mullen of Winston-Salem and EMBARQ of Overland Park, Kansas. During cocktails and hors douvres, guests were invited to interact with new products and services offered by EMBARQ and their featured partners Nortel and Cisco. Eventage also designed, scripted and produced a short theatrical presentation which further introduced guests to EMBARQ, its culture and its products. Guests were then invited into the main theater, where a one hour stage show featured a live band, performers from the brand's new advertising campaign, remarks from EMBARQ senior executives and local business leaders and a keynote by Earvin "Magic" Johnson.

  NEW YORK, May 7, 2006 - The country's largest recreational cycling event was held in the 5 boroughs of New York City today, and Eventage was back to manage the Five Boro Bike Tour's five rest areas.   Avon Walk Season Begins at the Kennedy Center
  WASHINGTON, DC, April 30, 2006 - The Closing Ceremony for the 4th annual Avon Walk for Breast Cancer, Washington, DC was held on the South Plaza of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts today. It was the first time that the Avon Walk ceremonies were held at the Kennedy Center and was the first event of its kind to be held on the Center's grounds. Eventage, as ceremony producers, acted as liaison to the Kennedy Center on the Avon Foundation's behalf and managed all operations for both the opening and closing ceremonies. Over 2,500 people participated in the 2-day, 39-mile walk, raising more than $5.8 million for access to care and finding a cure for breast cancer.   Q-Tips Beauty Marathon at GCT
  NEW YORK, February 23. 2006 - Eventage Event Production of New York has been retained by Weber Shandwick Worldwide to produce a consumer and media event for Unilever's Q-Tips brand.   The event will take place at Grand Central Terminal's historic Vanderbilt Hall, where consumers will have a chance to get a professional make-up consultation courtesy of Q-Tips brand.   Celebrities, including the new Miss America Jennifer Berry, will be on hand to greet consumers and take part in a nationwide satellite media tour.   This is the third event Eventage has produced for the Q-Tips brand.

  The Supernanny Hits NYC for Ragu

  Eventage Launches the New TV Guide
  NEW YORK, October 11, 2005 – At a media event today in midtown Manhattan, TV Guide editor Ian Birch unveiled a 20-foot tall replica of the new, expanded version of the venerable television digest. As Birch called the new magazine an “extreme makeover”, Ty Pennington, star of ABC’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition stepped through a hidden door on the magazine’s cover. Pennington and Birch then opened the giant prop to reveal 3 full-color spreads from TV Guide’s first expanded issue.   Hormel Chili Cook-Off Heats Up in Manhattan
 

NEW YORK, October 6, 2005 - Seven firefighters, who are respected by their peers for both their competitive spirits and chili-making skills, participated in the third annual National Five-Alarm Hormel Chili Cook-Off at the New York City Fire Museum in New York City today.

Firefighter Michael Poole of the Seattle Fire Alarm Center took top honors, winning $10,000 for a fire safety-related non-profit of his and his station’s choosing with his “Mike’s Firehouse Chili” recipe. Eventage Event Production produced the event for Fleishman-Hillard St. Louis.

  Hanes Perfect T Party in NY Harbor
  NEW YORK, August 8, 2005 - The four-masted barque Peking will be converted into a giant Tee Party to celebrate the introduction of the Perfect T-shirt from Hanes, a Sara Lee brand. Eventage Event Production will raise a 25' tall branded T-shirt sail on the ship's main mast and produce a cocktail party for celebrities, VIPs and the media on August 16. Working with the South Street Seaport Museum and Seaport Marketplace, Eventage is handling all design, logistics and catering for client Weber Shandwick. It is the fourth event Eventage has produced for the Hanes brand.

  Trump Goes Soft for Charity
  NEW YORK, June 29, 2005 - Donald Trump showed his softer side today as he did laundry inside Trump Tower to promote All detergent with softener. Trump also appeared outside his signature building where a giant laundry basket was placed in the bed of a branded Chevy SSR truck.   X-Wing Fighter Lands In Times Square
  NEW YORK, March 29, 2005 - Darth Vader, a garrison of Stormtroopers, R2D2, C-3PO and a full size X-Wing Fighter appeared in the middle of Times Square today to celebrate the launch of Dark Chocolate m&m's. Eventage Event Production of New York produced the event in conjunction with Weber Shandwick, LucasFilm and Masterfoods. Eventage designed the set and supervised the overnight load-in of the fighter and other event elements. The company worked with the client on the event soundtrack design, using authentic character voices and special effects provided by Skywalker Sound. Eventage also rehearsed the cast and stage-managed the live event, which featured an appearance by Anthony Daniels, the original C-3PO in his authentic costume.

  NEW YORK, March 25, 2005 - The Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) anounced its finalists in the 2005 Silver Anvil Awards. Two events produced by Eventage Event Production were part of programs receiving nominations. The first, the Tide with a Touch of Downy "World's Largest Pajama Party", was produced in conjuction with Fleishman-Hillard, Inc. The second, The American Nurses Association and Novartis Pharmaceuticals "Take Action for Healthy Blood Pressure" Tour, was produced with Ruder Finn.   Easy Spirit Oasis Premieres in Tampa and St. Louis
  NEW YORK, March 1, 2005 - Eventage Event Production of New York has been retained to design and produce a mobile environment for Easy Spirit shoes, a division of the Jones Apparel Group. Eventage will create an urban oasis environment which will visit downtown locations in Tampa and St. Louis this spring.   Suave Pop-Up Store Opens on 42nd Street
  NEW YORK, February 22, 2005 - The Suave Can You Tell Studio, full service hair and nail salon, opened here today at 42nd St. and 5th Ave. The Studio will provide free haircuts, stylings, manicures and hand massages under the direction of celebrity stylist Harry Josh and Dr. Francesca Fusco. The Studio will operate for five days only and will then move on to Chicago and Minneapolis. Eventage Event Production is producing the event on behalf of Weber Shandwick and Unilever, Suave's parent company. As part of its wide range of services, Eventage secured vacant retail space in each city, created the design and layout of the Studios, coordinated the installation of plumbing, heating and power infrastructure, retained and managed professional salon staff in each market and will oversee the day-to-day operation of the salon.

  Bread is Back - Whole Grains Hit the Streets
  NEW YORK, February 1, 2005 - In an attempt to battle back against the low-carb craze, the Grain Foods Foundation launched a new advertising and street marketing campaign today. Eventage Event Production was retained to blitz the New York City streets with actors dressed in whole grain bread costumes and "sandwich boards". Consumers were greeted in Times Square at at major transportation centers and presented with the brand messaging that whole grain bread is a great part of a healthy diet.   The Smoothenator Saves Skin Nationwide
  BLOOMINGTON, MN, November 27, 2004 - The Smoothenator Tour, a national promotion that will visit 8 malls nationwide between Thanksgiving and Christmas, began today here at the Mall of America. The Smoothenator is a superhero who can knock out dry, scratchy skin in a single squirt of soothing lotion. The Smoothenator and his cohorts brave the holiday malls to make holiday shopping more fun and holiday hands more healthy. The two simultaneous tours feature a Smoothenator character in costume as well as a staff of 12 hand massagers and lotion distributors, who speak with consumers and ask them to guess the brand name of the product they are sampling.   A New City Opens in Ohio
  WESTLAKE, OH, November 18, 2004 - Crocker Park, a $450 million retail, residential and office community opened here today with a Grand Opening Celebration featuring a ribbon cutting and the dramatic lighting of a 45' tall Christmas Tree. Eventage Event Production of New York produced the opening festivities for Stark Enterprises, Crocker Park's developer. The lighting ceremony included live music from performers recruited and coordinated by Eventage, as well as a dramatic countdown which featured strobe lights and the ignition of four 7,000 watt space cannons, which swept the night sky in vibrant colors once the tree was lit.   Q-Tips Celebrates Magic Moments
  NEW YORK, November 17, 2004 - Members of the media were treated to a glimpse at the magic moments in a woman's life at a loft studio on the west side of Manhattan today. The program, produced by Eventage for Weber Shandwick New York, brought magic moments like the prom, a wedding and a high school reunion to life with live, costumed models and specially designed scenic environments. The two shows demonstrated how Q-Tips can be a part of people's lives beyond their traditional uses.   Wachovia Returns to the Streets
  New York, October 8, 2004 - Wachovia, the largest bank on the East Coast, has once again partnered with Eventage Event Production to hit the streets of Manhattan in celebration of new financial center openings and a new promotion. As was done for Wachovia's entrance into the Manhattan market in July of 2003, Eventage auditioned, trained and managed actors who appeared throughout midtown on three mornings this week. The 75 performers, arranged in small groups, carried signage promoting Wachovia's "Wake Up Check Up and Win" promotion and encouraged consumers to visit a nearby financial center. Initial response has been overwhelmingly positive, as financial centers reported a 10-fold increase in the number of financial check ups on the program's first day alone.   Tide Pajama Party at the Plaza
 

New York, September 23, 2004 - In an appeal to a woman's softer side, Tide with a touch of Downy sponsored the "World's Largest Pajama Party" today at The Plaza Hotel in New York. With more than 1,000 women in attendance, host and pj party guru Karen Neuburger officially kicked-off "National Pajama Month," where pajama-related activities during October will help support the fight against breast cancer.

Eventage Event Production produced the event in conjunction with Fleishman-Hillard, the brand's public relations agency. Eventage transformed the Plaza's Grand Ballroom into the Grand "Bedroom," where party guests indulged in complimentary manicures, massages and munchies, received a pair of Karen Neuburger pajamas with matching lounge socks and enjoyed a free sample of the new product, Tide with a touch of Downy.

  Novartis Goes National for Healthy BP
  New York, September 23, 2004 - On this morning's Today Show on NBC, Novartis launched the national Take Action for Healthy Blood Pressure tour. The tour, produced by Eventage Event Production in association with Ruder-Finn Public Relations, will visit nine other markets from coast to coast between now and November 20. Novartis is partnering with the American Nurses Association, who will be providing nurses in each market to screen, educate and counsel people, encouraging them to work with a health care professional to help set, achieve and maintain a healthier blood pressure goal. Eventage designed the branded tour bus and the outdoor blood pressure screening areas in addition to securing all venues and staffing the event in each city.

  Trivial Pursuit Tour Brings Back the 90s
  SEATTLE, August 7, 2004 - Hasbro Games today launched the Trivial Pursuit 1990s Time Capsule Tour from Seattle Center at the foot of the Space Needle. Eventage Event Production is producing the tour, in conjunction with Fleishman-Hillard. The 48' branded tractor trailer holds an exhibit of 1990s memorabilia and interactive displays reflecting the new 90s edition of Trivial Pursuit. In each of the 8 cities nationwide, celebrities such as Ozzie Smith, Naomi Judd and Kato Kaelin appear and donate a piece of memorabilia for the exhibit. The tour is the second program that Eventage has produced for Hasbro Games, following its work on the 2003 Monopoly National Championship.

  Subway Walks on Washington
  WASHINGTON, DC, July 14, 2004 - In partnership with the American Heart Association, Subway today launched a new initiative to fight childhood obesity. Over 200 kids from DC area YMCA camps marched from 7th Street to the Capitol Reflecting Pool grounds to show their commitment to keeping fit and eating healthy. The event previewed new public service annoucements which will run nationwide and gave the kids a chance to participate in three fun and interactive exercise activities.   Leftover Lounge Hits Food Festivals
  LOUISVILLE, April 24, 2004 - At the Kentucky Derby Festival, Eventage began a four city tour of the Arm & Hammer Leftover Lounge, which will visit food festivals here and in Cleveland, Washington, DC and Boston. The Leftover Lounge is designed as a stylized kitchen complete with cartoon-like appliances, countertops and retro-style kitchen tables with chairs, all under a 20'x20' tent. Guests are invited in for a 20 minute show which challenges their knowledge and their tastebuds with tips on how to best make use of leftovers and a "guess that leftover" taste test.   Big Brothers Big Sisters Celebrates 100 Years

  Big Apple Fest 2004 Brings Art to the Streets
  NEW YORK, December 15, 2003 - In the summer and fall of 2004, New Yorkers and visitors will see big apples all around the Big Apple. In conjunction with the Big Apple Fest and NYC&Co., Eventage will be placing 300 oversized big apples throughout Manhattan. Each apple will be designed and painted (or sculpted) by local artists of all levels, from amateur to world-renown. The dispay will coincide with the Republican National Convention and be part of what city officials hope will be an annual apple-themed event. Eventage will coordinate all logistics, including artist management, permitting, installation maintenance and removal of every sculpture. Sotheby's will host an auction at the conclusion of the displays, benefitting the NYC&Co. Foundation, City Harvest and the Police Athletic League.

  Regis and Lingerie in NYC
  NEW YORK, November 6, 2003 - Today, Hanes Her Way along with Regis Philbin and Elisabeth Hasselbeck (star of Style Network's "The Look for Less" and CBS's "Survivor: Outback"), joined forces to launch Body Creations, a new line of intimate apparel. To underscore the style and real value of the new collections, the Body Creations Fashion show was held in a former bank turned hip nightclub in midtown. Complete with bank tellers, security guards (doubling as ushers), and a vault, attendees got a sneak peak at the newest spring and fall '04 looks from Hanes Her Way.   What A Week for Eventage
  LOS ANGELES, CHICAGO, ATLANTIC CITY, NEW YORK, Monday, October 20, 2003 - Eventage Event Production of New York had a busy week beginning Monday, October 13. Eventage produced four events in four cities between Monday and Saturday, serving three national brands. In Los Angeles, Eventage produced a press event for Hanes Stay Clean products, featuring Vanna White in a West Hollywood laundromat. In Chicago, Eventage staged the send-off for the National Monopoly Tournament at Union Station. The tournament took place on a branded Amtrak train, and the finals were held at the Showboat Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City, where Eventage produced the final round. In lower Manhattan, Eventage produced two press conferences and a cocktail party for Cablevision's new Voom HD satellite service.

  The Espresso Is Coming!
  BOSTON, September 8, 2003 - Dunkin' Donuts, a unit of Allied Domecq Quick Service Restaurants, has retained Eventage Event Production of New York to produce a series of launch events for their new espresso products in New England. Events in Boston, Hartford and Providence will invite consumers to "Join the Espresso Revolution" and will feature a tall ship, marching band, members of the New England Patriots and sampling of the new lattes and cappuccinos among other activities.   TRU Holiday Parade Expands
  NEW YORK, August 18, 2003 - After two successful years, the Toys "R" Us Holiday Parade has established itself as a cornerstone event for the beginning of the holiday season in Times Square. Toys "R" Us is once again partnering with Eventage to produce this year's parade, which will take place on Saturday, November 8. Because of the event's growing popularity, the NYPD and the City of New York have agreed to expand the route north to W. 56th St. from W. 48th St. The parade begins at 9AM from 56th St. at 7th Ave. and ends in front of the Center of the Toy Universe, Toys "R" Us Times Square.

  NEW YORK, December 18, 2002 - Eventage Event Production has added a state-of-the-art digital editing suite to its offices in Manhattan. The Final Cut Pro system is powered by a Macintosh G4 dual processor computer, which is capable of editing uncompressed, high definition video. The suite is also outfitted with multiple format decks as well as high-end DVD authoring software and hardware.   Eventage Does All the Laundry in Atlanta
  ATLANTA, August 15, 2002 - Shoppers at Perimeter Mall were surprised to see eight washers and dryers rumbling with laundry in the mall's promotion court. The event, sponsored by Lever Brothers' All Detergent, announced cities across the country which were selected as smart shopping cities and enabled local residents to donate clothing which was washed, dried and donated to charity. Eventage, retained by Weber Shandwick Worldwide, coordinated the washing and drying of the clothes, including all plumbing and equipment needed to portably wash and dry four loads of laundry.

  Barney Comes to NYC - Eventage to Help Him Celebrate

  NEW YORK, May 22, 2002 - Porter Novelli International of San Jose, CA has selected Eventage Event Production to design and manage a VIP reception for its client, Hewlett-Packard, during PC Expo at the Javits Convention Center in New York City. Eventage has scouted and secured an outdoor plaza across from the Javits Center and will design and install a tented reception area to accommodate up to 250 guests. The event will feature live music, food and drink, an exhibit of HP products through the years and a 53-foot tractor trailer from the HP Mobility Tour.

  NEW YORK, January 17, 2002 - The League of American Theaters and Producers has retained Eventage Event Production for assistance with its annual Kids Night on Broadway (KNOB) promotion. The 2002 event will feature a Broadway Fan Fest at Toys "R" Us Times Square. On the day of the event, all KNOB ticket holders are invited to the Fan Fest before theater, where they get to participate in interactive activities and see live performances from Broadway's hottest shows.
