Jen’s analytical and detail-oriented mind is matched with a genuine understanding of people and how they can be best motivated, challenged and managed. In her day-to-day role at Eventage, she not only develops and assembles million-dollar budgets, but can identify the one link in the production chain that is missing or the exact right staff member to manage a delicate relationship or overcome a mind-bending challenge.
Her diverse experience began at Macy's Annual Events, where she was a Production Coordinator responsible for the recruitment and management of parade participants such as clowns and balloon handlers. After leaving Macy's, she entered the theater world, serving as a press and promotions agent for Broadway shows both on tour and in New York. In her years as a press agent, she designed and managed promotions for shows such as Annie, The Sound of Music and Stomp.
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison, she lives in South Orange, NJ with her husband Matt and their two young daughters. Jen’s natural red hair got her a call back for the original Annie movie in the early 1980s, but her singing voice got her no further.
